The revive ombudsman service is there to answer all your first-line complaints or questions. Do you just need information? For this too, you can contact the revive ombudsman service. The specific aim of the ombudsman service is to help you and guide you to the right parties.
The ombuds service
As Social Impact Developer, Susanne has been appointed ombudsperson within revive. As such, she will listen to your complaints or concerns. Although she is part of the revive team, she will handle your issue completely independently. No one will interfere or influence the handling of your complaint.
